Can I apply if I'm still an undergrad?

You can register your interest, but SAP is designed for fresh graduates. If you complete your degree before onboarding, you're eligible — final-semester students are encouraged to apply.

Can I apply if I haven't finished my internship?

Yes. An ongoing or incomplete internship doesn't disqualify you — what matters is up to one year of total professional experience and a results-driven mindset.

Can I apply from a different academic background?

Students from all academic disciplines are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Business, Engineering, and, particularly, those with demonstrated proficiency in AI.

Can I apply if I live in a different city?

Yes. The application is fully online and roadshows travel to campuses across Bangladesh. Relocation support is discussed during the final interview stage.

How long is the Strategic Assistant Program?

The program runs for 12 months, providing structured learning, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure.

What does the recruitment process look like?

The selection process includes an online application, behavioral assessment, aptitude test, assessment center with a preliminary interview, and a panel interview

How will I know if I'm shortlisted?

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or phone for the next stages of the recruitment process.
